Arun Jacob - Managing Director

The company is built around the vision and work of Arun. Prior to migrating to New Zealand with his family in October 2001, he was employed as a sales and marketing professional for over a decade in leading Indian companies including local operations of global giants like Xerox and Canon.

With a firm background in office automation he moved into the IT industry in 1999 and went on to do stints in the US and UK. In New Zealand he worked for two leading Kiwi IT firms in Hamilton and Auckland respectively. He relocated to India in early 2004 to set up Array Consulting.

Shalima Jacob - Director

Shalima is a co-promoter of Array Consulting. She is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical writing. She worked with leading Indian IT firms including Kirloskar Computer Services. In New Zealand she had a stint with the Auckland Regional Council.

She is a team player with the ability to lead when the situation demands. Her acumen and skills in professional writing is a great asset to the company as the work is reliant heavily on professional and high quality documentation processes. She is also a good communications trainer, which is very useful during our recruitment and training process.

Suneetha J.Malkani - Director

Suneetha is a non-executive director of the company and a source of continued business guidance. She is an engineering graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) where she pursued her Fellow Program in Management. In early 2005, she moved to Mastercard, USA as a vice president.

Suneetha lends a depth of experience that is useful to us as we aspire to grow. With a global experience under her belt with some the top Fortune companies, her advice is invaluable in our aspiration to stretch our operations into different parts of the world.

Nishanthi Kandada - Manager, Counseling

Nishanthi is the most experienced manager of our organization. She studied in New Zealand for a period of 2 years, worked there briefly and returned to India subsequently. Having been an international student herself, she has a very good understanding of what it means to go through the experience. She translates this into empathetic counseling sessions with prospective clients and as training inputs for the young and dynamic team under her.

Mary Faustina Joseph - Manager, Customer Service

Mary is a graduate of commerce and a key member of our team for the past couple of years now. Supported by her dedicated team of Case Officers, she handles all aspects of customer service. This involves the entire admission and visa process for all our clients. Her enthusiasm in promoting New Zealand has seen us attract clients with a positive profile.
